We have had an amazing variety of workshops in the last 6 months, all thanks to you!
From mates, just taking a break from day to day, and playing, to kaimahi, finding that connection within the team.
From a group of strangers learning how to bind books and make journals for Matariki, to learning the skill of whatu and making tāhei toi with tiaki raranga [add FB link].
From groups of wāhine leaving work at the door, creating journals and brooches, to Kaiako [teachers] being inspired to inspire their tauira [students].
From māmā taking a break from their tamariki to figure out their place in the world and dreams of a different future, to tauira celebrating their amazing year in study.
From many painting and kōrero spaces in support of Toitū te Tiriti to line dancing and laughter.
Ngā mihi and thank you!
Thank you for sharing in Te Whare Hau Tutū.
To seeing the possibilities. To being the possibilities.
To changing the narrative from ‘But I’m not creative’ to ‘That was soooo much fun!’.
Thank you for trusting the process, for engaging in the process and for bringing laughter, hope, stories and aroha.
Ngā mihi and thank you!
Check out what we captured in just some of the workshops! Amazing!
